Every breeding dog completes OFA evaluation of hips and elbows, a board-certified cardiac echocardiogram, and a verified DNA profile before entering our program. No dog is bred before clearing every screen.
Parents are assessed for stability, confidence, and sociability over time. We will not breed a dog whose temperament does not reflect the gentle, family-oriented standard the breed was created to be.
Puppies are born and raised inside our home — not in a kennel or commercial facility. They are handled daily and gently exposed to household sounds, routines, children, and other pets.
Pairings are planned with COI (coefficient of inbreeding) in mind, drawing on documented five-generation pedigrees to preserve structural soundness and long-term breed health.
We match puppies to families through conversation and application — never on a first-come, first-served basis. The right home always takes priority over the fastest offer.
Our commitment does not end at placement. We remain available for guidance, resources, and rehoming assistance for the entire life of every dog we produce.
