The Journey

Six considered steps

Every placement follows the same deliberate process — transparent at each stage, and centered on the right match rather than a quick sale.

01

Explore & Select

Browse our available puppies and review each one's pedigree, health clearances, and temperament notes. Take your time — there is no pressure and no first-come rush.

02

Inquire & Connect

Send a quiet inquiry. Within 48 hours we begin a personal conversation about your lifestyle, experience, and the temperament you are seeking in a companion.

03

The Match

We recommend the puppy whose temperament fits your family — not simply the one that caught your eye. The right match is everything.

04

Reserve & Contract

A written placement agreement and our two-year genetic health guarantee formalize the match. A deposit holds your puppy until they are ready to come home.

05

Travel Arrangements

We coordinate calm, supervised transport — in-person pickup, climate-controlled ground transport, or pet-safe air travel — with a veterinary health certificate for every journey.

06

Welcome Home

Your puppy arrives at eight weeks or older with ABKC & UKC registration, vaccination and deworming records, a microchip, a starter kit, and a lifetime of breeder support.

The Transition Phase

Calm by design

The move from our home to yours is the most important moment in your puppy's early life. We prepare them for it from day one — and we prepare you, too.

Scent continuity

We send a blanket carrying the scent of the mother and littermates — a familiar comfort in an unfamiliar place.

Predictable routine

We share your puppy's current feeding and sleep schedule so the first days feel known, not new.

Health in hand

Vaccination records, deworming history, registration papers, and a starter food supply travel with your puppy.

Support that stays

We remain a phone call away for the whole of your dog's life — questions, worries, and milestones alike.

The First Week

What to expect

The first days set the tone. A gentle, predictable rhythm helps your puppy settle with confidence.

Day 1–2

Decompress

Keep the home calm and quiet. Let your puppy explore one room at a time and sleep when they need to. Avoid overwhelming them with visitors.

Day 3–5

Establish Routine

Begin a consistent schedule for meals, potty breaks, play, and sleep. Predictability builds a puppy's confidence quickly.

Day 6–7

Vet Visit

Schedule the 72-hour wellness check with your veterinarian. Bring the health records we provide so they have the full picture.

Week 2

Gentle Socialization

Introduce new sounds, surfaces, and gentle people one at a time. Positive, low-stress experiences now shape a confident adult.
