By accessing, browsing, or submitting an inquiry through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are entering into an adoption on behalf of a household, you represent that you have the authority to bind all members of that household to these Terms.

American Bully Haven Pups LLC is an ethical, home-based American Bully breeding program located in Austin, Texas. Our breeding parents are ABKC and UKC registered and health-tested for hips, heart, and elbows.

We offer American Bully puppies for adoption to approved families. Every puppy is home-raised, socialized, vet-checked, and accompanied by a 2-year genetic health guarantee, a 72-hour initial veterinary examination window, ABKC and UKC registration papers, a starter food supply, and a full 5-generation pedigree.

Submitting an inquiry or reservation through our Site begins a personal conversation and evaluation process. It does not constitute a sale of goods in the traditional retail sense, and we reserve the right to decline any placement that we believe is not in the best interest of the puppy.

Adoption of a puppy from our program is a considered process, not a guaranteed transaction. Prospective families submit an inquiry, and we respond within 48 hours to begin a personal conversation.

We evaluate each inquiry to ensure a suitable match between puppy and family. We reserve the right to decline an adoption if, in our judgment, the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an inquiry or enter into an adoption agreement with us.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a specific puppy. The deposit is applied toward the total adoption price and holds the puppy until they are ready to come home.

Full payment of the remaining balance is due before the puppy leaves our care. Payments and deposits are processed securely through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix).

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your deposit is received will be honored for your adoption.

Every puppy placed through our program comes with a 2-year genetic health guarantee and a 72-hour initial veterinary examination window, as detailed in our Health Guarantee and the written adoption contract.

We represent that, to the best of our knowledge, each puppy is healthy and free from genetic defects at the time of placement. We do not guarantee the future size, temperament, color, or breeding capability of any puppy.

Adopters are responsible for having the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt to validate the health guarantee.

Every adoption is accompanied by a written contract outlining the responsibilities of both parties, the health guarantee, and the terms of the placement. The written contract governs the specific adoption and prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

By adopting a puppy, you agree to provide appropriate care, nutrition, shelter, training, and veterinary attention for the lifetime of the dog, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding pet ownership in your jurisdiction.

If at any point you are unable to care for a puppy adopted from us, we ask that you contact us first. We will assist in finding a suitable new home and will never want one of our dogs to enter a shelter or rescue.

Our program maintains a lifetime commitment to every puppy we place. Returning a dog to us is always an option, and we will work with you to ensure the dog's well-being.

We offer in-person pickup, ground transport, or supervised air travel, arranged personally and with care. Transportation options and associated costs are discussed during the adoption conversation.

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code; (d) scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site without our permission; or (e) use automated tools to submit inquiries in a way that disrupts our service.

All content on this Site, including text, images, puppy photographs, logos, and design elements, is the property of American Bully Haven Pups LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Sharing a link to our Site is always welcome.

Our Site and the information it contains are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any puppy will remain free of health issues beyond the terms of our written health guarantee.

Statements made on our Site regarding breed characteristics, temperament, and care are general in nature and do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health-related questions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Bully Haven Pups LLC and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Site or the adoption of a puppy from our program.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or an adoption shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the puppy at issue.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as social media platforms and our payment processor) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Payment processing is handled by Base44 Payments (Wix), and your use of that service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to an adoption from our program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We are committed to resolving any concern amicably. Before pursuing any legal action, please contact us at info@americanbullyhavenpups.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
